The Successful Candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated nursing professional, possessing strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable residents. This individual will be an excellent communicator, an empathetic caregiver, and a proactive problem solver, ensuring residents' well-being and comfort in a supportive environment.

The Benefits:

The role:

  • You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focuses on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
  • Manage the nursing and healthcare teams, providing support, development, and leadership.
  • Carry out the administration of medicines according to policy and procedure.
  • Keep clear and accurate records at all times.
  • Provide Nursing care where this is required.
  • Ensuring that care plans are regularly reviewed and updated is an essential part of the role along with practical and clinical duties.

What we're looking for:

  • You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
  • 6+ months of Nursing experience.
  • A Valid NMC Pin.
