This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, working independently as well as part of a team, and providing a first-class service across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting and grounds maintenance
- Weed control and vegetation management
- Window cleaning
- Power washing and external cleaning
- Litter picking and site housekeeping
- General cleaning duties
- High-level cleaning tasks
- Winter gritting and seasonal maintenance services
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and work areas
What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicants must be aged 25+ for vehicle insurance purposes
Desirable (but not essential):
- PA1 & PA6 Weed Spraying Certificates
- MEWP Licence
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, or facilities services
Hours of Work:
- Permanently, full-time position
- Minimum 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work
- Overtime opportunities available
