About You
We're looking for an experienced hospitality or retail manager who enjoys leading from the front and creating outstanding customer experiences. You'll be commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about building motivated teams while maintaining exceptional service standards. You'll have experience managing busy customer-facing operations and understand how to balance people, performance and profitability. Confident in making decisions, you'll be comfortable coaching your team, driving sales and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.
You'll bring:
- Management experience within hospitality, cafés, restaurants, hotels, premium retail or food service
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness with experience improving sales, customer satisfaction and operational performance
