Finance Officerrequired to start immediately working with our client the SEHSCT, this post will be based in Ards Hospital, Newtownards. This post is required for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and this will be paid at a rate of £14.06 per hour.
The main duties of this role will be: - Process and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with the Trusts financial procedures - Manage the processing of invoices, purchase orders, journals, and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion - To facilitate the collection and payment service for service users - To support the management of the Direct Payments system including setting up payment schedules, monitoring, maintaining and liaising with users and staff in relation to Direct Payments.
