We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join a supported living service in Newtownabbey, providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This service supports a small number of adults living together in a shared supported living home. The focus is on promoting independence, choice, and inclusion, helping residents maintain their daily routines while ensuring they receive the support needed to live safely and confidently within their home and the wider community.
Shift Information
- A range of shifts are available, including:
- Morning shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Night duties
Pay Rate
£13.50 - £17.50 per hour
Requirements
- Registered with NISCC
- At least 3 months experience in a healthcare or support role involving personal care
- A caring, patient, and reliable approach when supporting vulnerable adults
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Access NI check prior to starting
