The Role: You will be responsible for the efficient and friendly operation of the front of house, supervision of the salon team while coordinating the clients visit to the salons in a warm and professional manner.

  • Have high standards in relation to being the first point of contact and the first impression of the salon for new and existing clients
  • Strive to ensure that our clients receive a consistently excellent service during every visit
  • Be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team alike
  • Take pride in their appearance and presentation appropriate for Front of House in a salon
  • Have cash management experience
  • Be actively involved in achieving and motivating the team on reaching and exceeding salon targets
  • Have a genuine interest in business goals and the beauty/fashion industry
  • Demonstrate strong sales skills and an interest in our retail products
  • Thrive on working under pressure
  • Be computer literate
