As a Legal Admin, you will provide vital administrative and organisational support to fee earners and legal teams across the firm. You will be involved in the day-to-day running of legal matters, managing correspondence, maintaining files, handling client communications and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain legal files, ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date and well organised
  • Draft and send routine correspondence on behalf of fee earners
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, dealing with queries professionally and promptly
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties to progress matters efficiently
  • Schedule appointments, manage diaries and coordinate meetings for legal staff
  • Support fee earners with preparation of legal documents and case bundles
  • Maintain accurate records on the firm's case management system
  • Assist with general office administration and contribute to the smooth running of the team

What You'll Need
