Lucrative Overtime and 6th Day Rates
38 Hour week (Job to Finish) at Mallusk Depot.

Earning Potential:
As a Driver with us, you'll benefit from a competitive hourly rate with pay for every hour worked, not just your basic hours. We also offer a performance-related bonus scheme, giving you the chance to boost your earnings through tasks such as cage returns, lorry refuelling, and other operational duties. We value your time and commitment, which is why we offer enhanced pay for overtime, premium rates for sixth-day working, and generous pay enhancements for bank holiday shifts. Once fully trained, you could be earning £38,500+ OTE gross per year, with real potential to earn much more through consistent performance and additional hours.
Main duties include:
- Loading and securing of all goods at the depot
- Ensuring all documentation is correct prior to departing from depot
- Delivering the goods in first class condition to the agreed location
- Ensuring the appropriate delivery documentation is signed
- Collecting and documenting all product returns
- Maintenance of the lorry (including vehicle hygiene plus daily water/oil/fuel checks)
- Cage control and accountability
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Essential Criteria:
- Hold a valid, in date Category C licence
- Possess a valid, in date Driver Qualification Card (CPC up to date)
- Possess a Digital Tachograph Card
- Have a good knowledge of the Northern Ireland road network
- Able to deliver outstanding Customer Service
Desirable Criteria:
- Relevant Class 2 driving experience
- Multi-drop delivery/collection experience
- A good knowledge of vehicle refrigeration
- A good knowledge of tail lift operation

Hours and days of work:
The successful applicants will have a core contract of 38 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, Tuesday-Saturday - job to finish and overtime as required. Working on a 6th day every other week (Monday) is also a requirement for this role. Our drivers enjoy flexibility in their start times, typically between 4am and 5am. You'll have the independence to plan your departure from the depot in a way that suits you, as long as customer deliveries are completed efficiently and to our high service standards.
