Based in Newtownabbey, my client is currently seeking a Business Support Co-Ordinator to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Temporary position with the opportunity of being made Permanent thereafter.
Working hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5.15pm and Fri 9am-5pm
With a salary of £13.88 to £15.49 per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Role: As a Business Support Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for working and engaging with internal stakeholders, partners and suppliers ensuring high levels of service and support.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Administration experience preferably gained from a Banking/Motor Industry background (although this is not essential)
- Demonstrable experience of meeting deadlines
- IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Tools and Applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisation, time management and planning skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the process of a vehicle order until delivery.
- Complete finance proposals and liaise with our panel of funders, creating or requesting finance documents for the appropriate funder.
- Oversee the return vehicles for each Business Development Manager and requesting extension or arranging uplifts.
- Check the completion of finance documents before any vehicle delivery is arranged.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on availability and the delivery of vehicles.
- Process deals for pay out once delivered.
- Provide administrative support to other departments/Internal stakeholders within the business, including and not limited to, the following monthly V11, V5 checks and vehicle hire.
- Run various reports for the Business Development Managers.
- Be the point of contact for customers while their account manager is out of the office or on leave.
- Provide reception cover, mainly covering tea and lunch breaks, per a rota for all administrative personnel.
- Complete any other administrative activities as specified by the manager.
