Our goal is to help people live with dignity, feel rooted in their local community, and gain confidence through consistent, caring support. What Does the Role Involve?
As a Project Worker at Daisy Hill, you'll:
- Support people in their daily routines - from meal prep and laundry to emotional wellbeing
- Deliver personal care and medication support where needed
- Promote independence through gentle encouragement and practical problem-solving
- Link people with local services, activities, and wellbeing initiatives
- Be a steady presence through both the good and challenging days
Hours are 9-5 Monday-Thursday and Friday 9-4. This is not just a job - it's a place where you'll become part of someone's journey and have a direct impact on their quality of life.
