The Role
As Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive support across three Partners, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the practice. Key responsibilities include:
- Audio and digital dictation
- High-volume typing and document production
- Drafting legal correspondence and court documentation
- Managing files using the ALB case management system
- Diary management for client appointments and court hearings
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
The Person
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience working within administration
- Strong audio typing and document formatting skills
- Ability to manage multiple diaries and priorities
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience within litigation, criminal or family law
- Familiarity with ALB case management systems
