About you
Trade apprenticeship completed with relevant joinery experience (mainly 2nd fix) Experience in first and second fix joinery, tiling, flooring, and kitchen fitting Full clean driving licence Knowledge of working at heights or roof repairs is desirable Experience working on maintenance contracts or in the construction industry preferred Fire door qualification is an advantage What you'll do Perform repairs and maintenance inside social housing properties to high standards Follow all health and safety regulations and company protocols Participate in a call-out rota providing responsive repair services Accurately measure, report, and complete necessary documentation Travel across Northern Ireland, mainly within Greater Belfast and County Down Inspect fire doors and carry out minor installation work as required For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Cian France for a confidential chat today.
