Electrician Urgently Required - Warrenpoint

Location: Warrenpoint

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000

Hours of work: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

The Company: Our client is an industry-leading facilities management company which covers over 30,000 properties across the island of Ireland.

The Role: Skilled Electrician required for Electrical Inspection & Test Engineers for new contracts in the Belfast and South Down Areas. You will be provided with a van and a fuel card.

  • Main duties:
  • Electrical Installation & Condition Testing as and when required
  • Working in void and occupied premises
  • Working in a commercial environment
  • Experience in planned and cyclical maintenance
  • Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that CTS expect
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies
  • Travel across Belfast & South Down

Health & Safety:

  • Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
  • Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
  • Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
  • Observe & follow all manual handling practices

What they are looking for:

  • Fully qualified Electrician 17th/18th Edition
  • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience in construction or Plumbing and Heating Industry
  • Testing & Inspection
  • 3 years post apprenticeship experience
