Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice, with experience advising managers and supporting business needs.

Experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction, industrial, or a similar environment would be advantageous.

Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, engagement, and organisational development activities.

A solutions-focused approach with a genuine interest in developing people and improving workplace culture.

CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.

What You'll Do Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the business.

Partner with leadership teams to support workforce planning, employee development, and wider people initiatives.

Advise managers on HR processes including performance, attendance, employee relations, and policy application.

Support the review and improvement of HR processes, systems, and procedures to enhance the employee experience.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and HR projects.

Maintain accurate employee records and provide HR information to support business decisions.

Promote a positive workplace culture by supporting initiatives focused on engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
