Our client is a supplier into the motor industry and currently have an opportunity for a Trade Counter Salesperson to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify needs to recommend the best products
  • Taking orders from existing customers
  • Developing and building new customer connections
  • Making calls, connecting with businesses and building relationships
  • Helping customers resolve issues by phone, email and in person
  • Keeping company CRM information up to date
  • Meeting realistic KPIs set by the company

What we are Looking for:

  • A minimum of 1 year sales experience
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Effective communicator, able to build rapport easily
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above, including English and Maths
  • Previous experience working to targets
  • Self-motivated
  • An interest in the auto industry is desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of the auto industry is beneficial but not essential

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm

Salary: £27,000 basic, with opportunity to earn £35,000-£40,000
