Based onsite in Derry/Londonderry, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient, professional and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. From coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment systems to gathering feedback and communicating candidate outcomes, you will help ensure every stage of the hiring process runs smoothly.

The Role
Working closely with Talent Partners, Talent Acquisition Managers and Vertiv hiring managers, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across a range of recruitment activities. Your focus will be on maintaining accurate recruitment records, coordinating interviews, supporting clear communication and ensuring candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information across the applicant tracking system and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interviews in line with candidate and Vertiv hiring manager availability.
- Send interview confirmations, preparation information and relevant documents to candidates.
- Ensure hiring managers receive professionally formatted CVs, interview guides and supporting information.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers and Talent Partners throughout the recruitment process.
- Add sourced candidates to the recruitment system promptly and accurately.
- Follow up with hiring managers for interview feedback and update candidate records accordingly.
- Communicate outcomes to unsuccessful candidates in a professional, honest and considerate manner.
- Support the preparation of recruitment reports, data and project updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company policies, values and ethical standards.
- Provide additional administrative support to the wider recruitment team when required.
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment coupled with administrative, coordination or customer service experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong organisation, time management and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and online systems.
