Key

Responsibilities: Process customer vehicle orders and associated administration.

Tax vehicles, order stock and customer vehicles, and assist with finance documentation.

Coordinate new and used vehicle deliveries.

Manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

For: Previous vehicle sales administration experience is desirable, although candidates with strong administrative experience will be considered.

Experience using Kerridge/Pinewood (Keyloop) or a similar dealer management system would be advantageous but not essential.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

A proactive team player who can also work independently.

Motor trade or automotive experience is preferred but not essential.
