The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a newly established and evolving Transformation Team, playing a key role at the outset of the organisation's change journey. We are currently using a blend of home and office working from Head Office which remains under review.

Essential Criteria

  • A 3rd level qualification
  • Project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, Agile PM, or equivalent).
  • 3 years proven experience in a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst capacity.
  • Experience delivering projects involving process improvement, digital systems, and organisational change.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
  • Experience developing project documentation including plans, risk logs, reports, and business cases.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience mapping and redesigning complex business processes.
  • Experience applying structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM PMI or equivalent).
  • Strong working knowledge of change management methodologies.
