First Choice are recruiting a Planning Officer to join the NI Housing Executive regeneration team based in Derry/Londonderry.
This role supports housing-led regeneration, land use planning, and the delivery of new social and mixed-tenure housing across Northern Ireland.
Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £16.90-£18.85 (Depending on experience) Key responsibilities include: ?
Assessing land assets and supporting planning applications. ?
Helping identify and develop housing schemes in areas of need. ?
Carrying out site and feasibility studies, particularly in high-demand or rural areas. ?
Providing planning advice and producing Housing Investment Plans. ?
Working closely with local councils and stakeholders to shape sustainable communities.
