One Personal Secretary is required to join the team based at Lakeview Hospital, Lderry.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with a pay rate of £12.75.
This is a temporary position with immediate start expected to last 3 months.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department, with a significant focus on accurately taking and producing minutes for a wide range of meetings.
Daily responsibilities include attending meetings, recording detailed and accurate minutes, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, booking venues, and arranging hospitality where required.
In addition, the successful candidate will prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, manage incoming and outgoing mail, telephone calls, and emails professionally.
