A great day includes:
- As a Fragrance Adviser, you'll use your passion for perfume and fragrance to deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service, helping every customer leave with That Superdrug Feeling.
- Your role is primarily based at the fragrance counter, where you'll confidently advise customers on perfumes and related products, encouraging add-on sales.
- You’ll also support the wider store team, helping to keep the store well merchandised, running smoothly and play a key part in supporting the management team to achieve store targets.
What you'll bring to the role:
- A positive mindset & clear communication skills
- Passionate about health & beauty and customer service
- Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
- Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
