Developments Coordinator £30,000 - £40,000 per annum The Company The McGinnis Group is one of Northern Irelands most successful property developers and home builders. Established in 1978, this family-owned business has constructed some of the most prestigious residential developments in the UK. It has also delivered major regeneration projects for government, education and retail in Northern Ireland. The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Developments Coordinator in the companys Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Coordinating development projects and operational activities as directed. Administering applications for service / utility provision and registration with warranty providers. Coordinating service and utility timelines to facilitate construction programmes. Administering applications for private streets determination and road bonds. Liaising with external agencies, infrastructure providers and consultants as directed. Coordinating meetings of project professional teams (including minute taking). Maintaining an efficient information management and filing system for projects. The Person You will be a good communicator with the ability to work as part of a team. Well organised and possessing good numeracy and PC skills, you will thrive on working on your own initiative. You will have a minimum of four years previous experience in a site administration or contracts administration role. This is a full-time role based in our Head Office (with early finish on Fridays). It offers the opportunity for continued professional development.
