A leading organisation with operations across the UK and Ireland is seeking a Tax Manager to join its growing in-house tax function. This position offers a great first move into industry and reports into a very experienced Head of Tax. This is a broad role offering exposure across corporation tax, VAT, employment taxes and tax reporting, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. This position is newly created as the company expands their in-house function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a broad range of tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities across the business.
- Provide commercially focused tax advice to key stakeholders.
- Support financial reporting, audit requirements and tax authority interactions.
- Help drive process improvements and strengthen tax governance frameworks.
- Contribute to strategic projects and business initiatives requiring tax expertise.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure effective management of tax-related matters.
About You:
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience managing tax compliance and reporting obligations.
- Background in practice, industry, or a combination of both.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
