Support Worker required to work alongside our client, the South Eastern Trust, within a short breaks service based in Lisburn. This service supports adults with learning disabilities in a 6-bedded unit, within a wider caseload of approximately 45 service users. As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work both individually with residents and collaboratively within a team of care staff to provide the highest standard of care and support.

Duties include:

  • Providing personal care
  • Assisting with the consumption of meals
  • Engaging with residents and their families
  • Following person-centred care plans

These positions are available for immediate start, offering a minimum of 30 hours per week with opportunities to pick up additional hours. Various shift patterns are available across a 7-day rota, including 8.00am-3.30pm, 3.00pm-10.30pm, and night duty from 10.00pm-8.00am when required. The hourly rate ranges from £12.75 to £21.55 depending on the shift worked, making this a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities.

What We Need From You:

  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
  • Experience working within the Healthcare Sector
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
