Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a reputable Lisburn-based client, to recruit for a Receptionist on a full time, 9-month fixed term contract. This role provides a unique opportunity to assist in some outstanding construction project work, providing a main point of contact for clients and internal departments.
In this role, you will be expected to meet and greet visitors to the company premise, manage communications between internal and external stakeholders, and provide essential administrative support to the accounts and projects teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial administration such as, reconciliation of credit card statements and organising purchase invoices.
- Booking and confirmation of all staff travel requirements including, flights, accommodation and transfers.
- Manage time sheets and monitor labour for site teams and field-based representatives.
- Maintain organisation of reception, replenishing office supplies and provide general administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with systems such as SAGE and Microsoft packages.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in other administrative roles.
- Be able to work independently with effective time management.

- 9-month fixed term contract with a view to extension.
- Full time hours with an early finish on Fridays.
- A competitive salary with an annual full-time equivalent of £27000-£28000.
