We are working with a leading supplier of specialist machinery to recruit for their new permanent Parts Advisor. Joining an international and highly respected business, you will report into and support the parts manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for parts enquiries/sales via email, fax, post, counter and telephone.
- To develop and maintain high standards of customer service in order to maximise the sale of parts.
- To provide effective customer service and build relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Improve customer relationships measured by customer complaints and customer retention.
