Permanent Internal Sales Executive required for Lisburn. Duties will include:

  • Outbound telephone and email sales promoting existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock
  • Upselling on telephone calls and maximising the value of the orders
  • Create and review sales data drills and communicate the information with the Field Sales Representatives and Sales Office team
  • Processing telephone and email orders
  • Generate sales orders, sales quotations, invoices and statements
  • Create purchase orders for one-off / special sales orders
  • Liaise with customers to inform them of any price discrepancies on orders, stock availability issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary
  • Internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives
  • Provide after sales support to customers, contractors, and end users
  • Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous internal sales experience
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team and independently to include using your own initiative to make informed decisions
  • Experience of intact a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • A desire to learn about our products and systems

Salary: £30,000 (DOE)

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday (39 hrs per week)
