Staffline Ireland are recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. This is a target-driven role focused on identifying and converting new business opportunities alongside managing inbound enquiries and following up on leads at various stages of the sales process, using the CRM system, HubSpot. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in converting interest into sales, supporting the Business Development Manager and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and contact new business prospects from a target list, with a focus on commercial customers including floor fitters, motor trade, and light industrial businesses.
- Follow up on leads and sales tasks assigned through HubSpot, ensuring timely and effective communication and execution of tasks.
- Proactively engage with potential customers to identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and other messaging platforms (What's App/FB messenger) with professionalism and speed.
- Provide basic product information and resolve queries or escalate where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Any other duties the role may involve.
Person Specification:
- At least 1 years' experience in an inside sales/telesales role, with a strong track record of handling outbound new business calls and inbound enquiries to drive sales and customer engagement.
Desirable Criteria:
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot would be beneficial however full training will be provided.
- Experience working with product-based businesses or in B2B sales.
