We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Hygiene Operative/Driver to join our team. This role involves servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene equipment across a variety of customer sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain a range of washroom equipment, including feminine hygiene units, air fresheners, nappy disposal units, and other related products within ladies, gents, and accessible toilets.
  • Safely collect and dispose of clinical and sanitary waste, including yellow bags from nursing homes and other designated facilities.
  • Carry out all duties in line with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Provide a professional and courteous service when interacting with customers on-site.
  • Plan and manage daily routes effectively to ensure timely completion of schedules.

Skills & Experience:

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the province is desirable.
  • A responsible and reliable approach to work.

Requirements:

  • Full, valid driving licence.
  • Due to fleet insurance requirements, applicants must be aged 25 or over.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £12.71 per hour
