We are hiring for our client, a leading manufacturer in the Lisburn area, who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. The Role
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job ads, manage applications, conduct interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding and induction
- Employee Relations: First point of contact for employee queries, assist with grievance and disciplinary matters
- HR Systems & Reporting: Manage HR data on PeopleHR, generate reports, track key HR metrics
- Training: Assist with booking employee training and coordinating logistics
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure employee records are up to date, review HR policies, and assist with leave management
- General HR Admin: Support the HR team with administrative tasks including contracts, letters, and other documentation
The Person
- CIPD qualification or working towards is desirable
- 1-2+ years' experience in an HR admin or similar role
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accurate records
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to other company premises
