Our Manufacturing Client requires Electrical Design Engineers/ Automation Engineers (packages 45-65k) to join a new R&D Team. As an Electrical Design Engineer or Automation Engineer, you will carry out PLC Programmer activities, and/or electric vehicle and control system drawings. Strong Graduate Electrical Engineers with industry experience are considered.
The Role: Utilise the latest Automotive battery powered technologies within a team of elite designers. Design electrical hardware or software Automation - Control Systems and Wiring for driverless Vehicles. Test new vehicle ranges, minimising human error. Identify control system problems and implement solutions.
The Person: You will have an electrical degree or strong hands-on electrical experience. You will have strong PLC Programmer or 2D/3D drawing/electrical design skills. You will have knowledge of AC & DC systems. Experience within a manufacturing or industrial design environment is required.
