About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to support growth across Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales and business development. Working closely with the Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities via phone, email, Teams, and other channels
  • Book qualified appointments (virtual and face-to-face) for the Business Development Manager
  • Research and identify new target customers and market opportunities
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline and customer data
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, enquiries, and inbound leads
  • Support customer meetings, including coordination and preparation
  • Assist with events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support regional growth
