Accounts Administrator - Lisburn - £31,000 per annum

Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-known and very successful organisation with offices based in Lisburn. Our client, a market leader in their field, has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and supportive environment and the daily duties will include the following:

  • Sales Ledger invoice processing
  • Purchase ledger invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assisting in the production of monthly sales invoices
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Processing bank lodgements
  • Assisting with month end reporting
  • General office duties to include answering telephones and assisting with customer queries

Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 2-3 years recent experience working within a similar role
  • Excellent IT Skills to include accounting software and MS Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
