Job Description Your Role as a Lead Care Professional: Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care. Ensure clients receive person-centred, high-quality services. Act as a mentor to Care Professionals, providing field-based support and guidance. Help improve care quality, ensuring our team is well-equipped and confident in their roles. Essential Criteria: Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and be available every other weekend. Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car, with business insurance. Minimum of 1 year paid care experience in the UK. Administration experience is desirable. Flexibility with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional quality of care.
