Role: Production Team Lead Location: Saint Gobain Exterior Solutions, Larne Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the production facility to ensure that quality and delivery targets are achieved in line with agreed KPIs whilst ensuring the highest levels of safety, health and environmental performance. Take responsibility for health, safety and well-being, demonstrating Safety First behaviors; Take pride & ownership for your work area, achieving consistent excellent hygiene standards, quality and accuracy Work to ensure people and resources are utilised in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring daily production targets are met Train new team members in line with standard operating procedures to enhance quality and efficiency; Challenge and report unsafe behaviors and unsafe conditions Operate automatic machinery to produce products in line with our standard operating procedures and production targets Essential Criteria GCSE qualification in Maths & English or equivalent A minimum of 2 years experience gained in a manufacturing environment, or similar role Possesses a thorough understanding of Health & Safety principles and effectively implements them in day-to-day operations.
