Reed Accountancy & Finance are working closely with a successful organisation based in Larne and are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Advanced Excel user: Processing of Sales Ledger
- Completion of journal entries
- Communicate professionally with customers via email, confirming orders and handling inquiries.
- Data input / invoicing on Sage 50 Accounts
- Work to deadlines - prioritise workload and work on own initiative
- Routine Administrative tasks, including typing, photocopying, scanning, printing and filing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel is essential to this role
- Experience with Sage Accounting Software processing sales invoices is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- A minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths & English together with a minimum of 2 years accounts experience.
