Your new role
As a Valuer, you will play a key role within a successful residential sales team, with responsibility for winning new instructions and managing property sales from instruction through to completion. Duties will include carrying out valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, and overseeing contracts to ensure smooth and successful transactions. You will provide a high level of service to clients throughout the entire sales process, maintaining clear communication and professional reporting at all times. The role will primarily focus on the resale market, while also offering exposure to individual site sales, development land, and New Homes. You will be expected to manage your workload effectively, prioritising tasks while actively generating and developing new business opportunities.
