- Food Safety
- Manage inspections, food hygiene ratings and complaints
- Oversee sampling programmes and infectious disease investigations
- Approve premises and support the fishing industry
- Health & Safety at Work
- Lead investigations into workplace accidents and complaints
- Coordinate safety campaigns and partnerships with external agencies
- Ensure compliance at caravan sites and sports grounds

- Oversee risk-based inspections and complaint handling
