Fine Dining Chefs - All levels Excel Recruitment is looking for chefs with fine dining experience to work with our Client in their Belfast City Centre based luxury full-service apartments & suites site. This fantastic opportunity is for Chefs with an experience in Fine dining A La Carte restaurants who posses the right qualities to show their creative knowledge & love of cuisine within a business that boasts luxury at every turn. Requirements: Previous experience in fine dining restaurants A passion for the art of cooking and team spirit A keen eye for detail and imagination Knowledge of all food safety, allergens & health & safety guidelines. Positive & high energy attitude Ability to work a flexible rota of 5 days out of 7.
