About the Role: Youll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service works onBuilding Management Systems (BMS), HVAC equipment, and associated control panels. This is a client-facing role where building and maintaining strong customer relationships is key. Key Responsibilities: Conduct PPM works on BMS systems and associated field equipment. Diagnose and repair BMS/control issues efficiently and effectively. Produce detailed service reports and identify any necessary remedial work. Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements before starting work. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Modify and interrogate BMS software to improve system performance. Support ongoing energy-saving initiatives across client systems. Criteria: ONC/BTEC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong understanding of HVAC control systems, ideally with hands-on BMS experience. Field service experience in maintenance or a related technical discipline. Ability to read and interpret electrical control panel schematics. Competent in MS Word and Excel.
