ERP Consultant

Enso Recruitment is delighted to be partnered with a leading ERP provider in Belfast to recruit for the role of ERP Consultant. The ERP Consultant will play a pivotal role in the implementation of MS Dynamics Software into third party customers, ranging from service, manufacturing, distribution & the public sector. The Role Conduct business requirement analysis, and solution design aligned with client business processes Implement solutions efficiently and in accordance with established project methodologies, encompassing Design, Develop, and Deploy phases Collaborate with internal professional services teams, including consulting leads, project managers, and technical developers Liaise with support teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations Foster and manage ongoing client relationships during and after project delivery The Person 2+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in ERP or CRM environments Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, etc.) preferred Strong business process knowledge in one or more areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project methodology Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement The Package Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Career development and training opportunities A collaborative, supportive, and innovative work culture Flexible working arrangements (hybrid/remote options) Opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies and large-scale digital transformation projects For more information and to be considered for this position, please contact a member of Enso Recruitment!
