Renowned for delivering exceptional, person-centred care, our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their experienced and supportive team.

The Role As a Staff Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents receive the dignity, respect, and support they deserve.
Whether you prefer days or nights, you'll work alongside an experienced team in a well-managed service with strong clinical leadership.
Your responsibilities will include: Delivering safe, person-centred nursing care.
Administering medication and monitoring residents' clinical needs.
Supporting and supervising care staff during your shift.
Maintaining accurate care records and ensuring compliance with NMC standards.
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
About You You'll be: A Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
Passionate about providing outstanding care to older adults.
Confident working independently while contributing to a team environment.
A strong communicator with a caring, professional approach.
Previous care home or elderly care experience is desirable but not essential.
