We are currently seeking a secretary to work within the Western Health and Social Care Trust, at their Adult Learning Disability site at Coleshill, Enniskillen. This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm for an initial period of 3 months with the possibility of extension. The pay rate for this role is £12.75 per hour.
The main duties of this role will be:
- Managing diaries
- Organising meetings
- Preparing agendas
- Taking minutes
- Typing memorandums
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service

What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs grade A*-C including English and Maths
- 1 year administrative or clerical experience at a Band 3 Level or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
