A leading construction and manufacturing company in Enniskillen is seeking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join its expanding office-based sales team.

Continued growth and investment across the UK and Ireland have created an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to become part of a successful and supportive business.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to manage both existing customer relationships and contribute to new business development.

The Role You will play a key role in supporting customers, managing accounts and working closely with colleagues to ensure sales orders are processed efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with an established customer base.

Work alongside the wider sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Coordinate customer orders and requirements with the production department.

Build repeat business through regular telephone contact with existing customers.

Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

Carry out general administrative duties to support the sales function.

The Ideal Candidate At least two years' experience in a sales, account management or customer service role.

Strong IT skills, with previous CRM experience desirable.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated with a proactive and positive approach.

Organised with the ability to manage a varied workload.
