Hays are working in partnership with a well-established and innovative employer based in Dungannon to recruit a Technical Author to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Technical Author who enjoys translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams by ensuring all technical content is accurate, engaging, and easy to understand.

Your New Role

  • Develop, review, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for products and services
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to gather and interpret technical information
  • Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with company standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across documentation processes
