Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading Web and Digital Marketing company. The Senior Marketing Manager will own and drive the company's performance marketing capability across a diverse client portfolio, with a particular focus on high-velocity consumer growth brands in the prize-competition sector. You will build a market-leading growth function, lead strategy across paid and owned channels, optimise budgets of ~£10m, and deliver measurable growth, acquisition efficiency, and lifetime value improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead multi-channel growth strategies across sectors
  • Own forecasting and reporting processes
  • Lead paid media strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
  • Run creative testing & performance frameworks
  • Ensure ASA/CAP compliance for competition clients
  • Lead and mentor the marketing performance team
  • Drive data-led strategies and optimise funnels
  • Work with exec/founder-level stakeholders
  • Any other duties the role may involve

Person Specification:

  • 5 years in performance/growth marketing leadership
  • Proven multi-million-pound budget management (~£5m-£10m+)
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms
  • Experience leading teams & scaling performance
  • Experience with high velocity consumer categories

Desirable Criteria:

  • Prize competition / sweepstakes / gaming / D2C experience
  • Knowledge of ASA/CAP regulations and compliance
  • CRM & LTV optimisation experience (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot)
  • Experience in always on advertising environments
