We are working with a successful manufacturing company based in Dungannon who are seeking an experienced Administrator to help support their production and transport departments.

Role:

  • Communicate with production supervisors and team leaders to monitor job progress and priorities.
  • Produce delivery documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, and shipping labels.
  • Work with delivery drivers and external couriers to ensure dispatches are organised and on schedule.
  • Assist with entering data related to production outputs and delivery KPIs.
  • Address and resolve delivery-related queries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide general administrative support across production and logistics departments as required.
  • Other adhoc duties.

Education and Experience:
