Parts Sales Manager Location: Dungannon Area Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Type: Full-time, Permanent Our growing Engineering client in the Dungannon area is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Parts Sales Manager to join their team and take responsibility for developing and expanding their spare parts business across an established global dealer network. This is a key role within the aftermarket function, responsible for driving parts sales growth, strengthening dealer relationships and ensuring a seamless process from sourcing and procurement through to order processing and dispatch. Working across both office and field-based activities, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with dealers and internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Order Processing, Shipping and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow spare parts sales across an established dealer network. Support dealers with inventory planning, parts availability and sales growth opportunities. Work closely with the dealer network to improve parts availability, inventory planning, quotation-to-order conversion and customer satisfaction. Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities. Develop reporting tools to improve dealer performance. Build strong and lasting relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.

Provide regular business updates, sales reports and market intelligence to senior leadership. Support new product launches, sales campaigns and dealer training initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient pathway from order through to dispatch. Identify opportunities to increase aftermarket revenue and improve overall business performance. Manage multiple priorities across both office and field environments. Travel as required to support dealers and business development activities.

Essential Skills & Experience Degree educated and/or equivalent relevant experience inparts sales, inventory planning, dealer network development, product support or aftermarket services. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into orders. Demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels. Proven track record in managing and growing a team.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and follow-up skills. Proficiency acrossMicrosoft Office, CRM software and financial reporting platforms. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, highly organised and committed to developing a strong team culture. Willingness to travel as required.
