Reporting into their highly-experienced Managing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Professional seeking a part-time role offering flexibility without compromising on impact. You will have the opportunity to shape the company's HR function whilst directly supporting the Senior Leadership team and driving the people agenda across the company.

What will you do as HR Manager?
As HR Manager, you will have full ownership of HR operations to exercise autonomy across the full employee lifecycle. Duties include:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, headhunting candidates, organising/conducting interviews and extending job offers
- Review existing and implement new HR policies and procedures in accordance with current employment legislation and company objectives
- Provide hands-on support with employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, right-to-work checks, and industry-specific regulations
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure efficient integration of new hires
- Partner with managers to support workforce planning, shift structures and resource allocation in line with operational demand
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absence, recruitment KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership
What will you require as HR Manager?
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as HR Generalist managing a business unit/employee department or 12 months experience as a Stand-Alone HR Manager
- Experienced in managing end to end recruitment processes, leading on ER cases and updating HR policies/procedures
- Skilled in liaising with payroll, organising training and utilising HR Systems
- Proficient in NI Employment Legislation
