Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Paid Advertising Specialist on behalf of a leading Web and Digital Marketing company. The Paid Advertising Specialist will work as part of a team to optimise the digital performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google advertising platforms. The successful candidate will help scale paid media campaigns to drive measurable growth and maximise ROI.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across both platforms, including campaign planning, audience development, creative testing, and scaling performance.
- Understand campaign structure, bidding strategies, targeting frameworks, audience segmentation, and funnel optimisation across Meta and Google ecosystems.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across ads, audience targeting, keywords, and landing pages to strengthen performance.
- Track and analyse performance using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Contribute to the development of attribution models and data-driven reporting dashboards to evaluate channel performance and customer journeys.
- Develop keyword research, ad copy strategies, and audience targeting approaches for both paid social and paid search campaigns.
- Manage media budgets across platforms, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Deliver performance insights and strategic recommendations in regular reports and presentations.
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, audience tools, and emerging industry trends in digital advertising and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with content, creative, and brand teams to ensure paid media aligns with broader marketing and business goals.

Person Specification:
- Proven experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns at scale, with strong results in performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms, including Meta reporting tools, Google Ads reporting, Google Analytics, and GTM.
- Experience using tracking, conversion setups, and attribution tools (e.g., Meta pixel & API conversion tracking, Google Ads conversion tracking, enhanced conversions).
- Solid SEO understanding to support search campaign performance.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional ability to interpret data and translate insights into growth strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously across both platforms.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and presenting insights.
- Proactive, innovative marketer passionate about data-led performance optimisation.
- Experience with remarketing strategies and audience layering across platforms.
- Understanding of the customer journey and how paid social and paid search work together in the marketing funnel.
